Warranty Protocol: 

2-Year Warranty 

I.2-year warranty is only available for the safety-guarding products that are distributed by Hongshi Company. As for consumables, their warranty is based on the regulations as follows.

II. We will keep the purchase date combined with the product number saved in the computer, and you should keep product number intact and clear.

III. Please refer to use's manual for maintenance and operation guides.

Maintenance Method:

¡¡A: Send the defected product to our maintenance center.
¡¡B: You can access to detailed maintenance regulations and commitments on our Web Site. During warranty period, free maintenance services are available. However, parts cost and certain maintenance fees are required under the following situations:
¡¡1. Warranty voucher available
¡¡2. Altered product number
¡¡3. Failure or damage due to failure to comply with user¡¯s manual, such as, incorrect connection with power supply (voltage and frequency)
¡¡4. Misuse or unauthorized maintenance
¡¡5. Failure or damage due to nonstandard factors
¡¡6. Consumables: replacement and maintenance of battery, lamp, memory drum parts, magnetic head, motor band conveyor, magnetic tape sensor, cable, pressure roller, brake gear, brush non-loaded roller, loop, magnetic head cleaner, power supply parts, picture tube, glass parts and other specified consumables in user¡¯s manual.
