System Recovery--
The method is suitable
for the following situations:
1.System error,
failing to access to monitor software
2.Frequent failure due to incorrect manipulation
--Procedures
of System Recovery--
A
CD disk is given with a product for sale, which includes user's
manual, monitor software, system recovery software-GHOST,
and system backup file BACKUP.GHO. In case of either situation
mentioned above, please operate according to the following
procedures to make the system be recovered to the ex-factory
state:
1.Put a virus-free
WIN98 system floppy disk into floppy drive and restart the system.
2.Put the given CD into CD-ROM and copy GHOST.EXE and BACKUP.GHO
to D driver.
3.Startup GHOST, choose "LOCAL"->"PARTITION"->"FROM
IMAGE"->"BACKUP.GHO", specify C driver as
target disk, and software will make the system be recovered
to the original state.
4.Exit software, and delete GHOST and BACKUP.GHO system in D
driver.
5.Take WIN98 system floppy disk and the CD out and restart the
machine.
Notes:
The method is effective on the consumption that users have
not replace hard disk or hardware or alter the position of
hardware. Or users must be liable for any loss and damage.
